Boynton Beach Diagnostics provides diagnostic testing, DNA testing, drug screening, and specimen collection services for individuals, families, businesses, attorneys, and organizations. All services are delivered in accordance with applicable federal and state guidelines. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

All clients must provide accurate personal information when scheduling appointments or submitting documentation. Any false or incomplete information may delay or invalidate testing. Clients are responsible for presenting valid identification at the time of service and ensuring that all forms and documents are completed truthfully and correctly.

Payment is required at the time of service unless a pre-approved business account or invoicing arrangement is in place. All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued once a test has been collected or processed. For DNA testing, drug screening, and all chain of custody services, payments are non-refundable under all circumstances due to the nature of laboratory processing.

Appointments may be rescheduled with advance notice. Clients who miss appointments or fail to provide adequate notice may be charged a cancellation fee. Mobile appointments require accurate address information, availability at the time of arrival, and safe access for our collectors. If the client is unavailable or the location is deemed unsafe, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of the collector.

All testing is performed using industry-standard collection procedures. Boynton Beach Diagnostics is not responsible for delays caused by laboratories, shipping carriers, missed pickups, weather, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Result turnaround times are estimated and not guaranteed. Once specimens leave our custody and enter transit to the laboratory, we no longer control the processing timeline.

Clients understand that diagnostic and DNA testing results are dependent on proper specimen collection, accurate client information, and laboratory analysis. Boynton Beach Diagnostics does not guarantee any specific outcome. Inconclusive results may require recollection, which may involve an additional fee. Clients are responsible for following all preparation instructions before testing to ensure valid results.

Boynton Beach Diagnostics maintains strict confidentiality and complies with all privacy laws regarding client information. Test results are released only to the tested individual, authorized party, or requesting entity as permitted by law. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or misuse of results is prohibited.

Our website may contain links to external sites. Boynton Beach Diagnostics is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party websites. Use of external links is at the client’s discretion.

By using our services, clients agree not to misuse or interfere with any part of our operations, including online systems, appointment scheduling software, or communication platforms. Our role is to collect and submit specimens to accredited laboratories. Final analysis and reporting are performed by the testing laboratory, which maintains sole responsibility for scientific interpretation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate court jurisdiction located in Florida.
